This system catalogs records by names, recording dates, document types, and legal descriptions.

Real estate records can also be requested by submitting written requests at P.O. Box 1300, Idaho City, ID 83631, or via email to mprisco@co.boise.id.us. The letter must include the essential information of the document being requested and the preferred delivery method. Prior to this, individuals should settle the associated payment to expedite the services that will be sought.
